01/05/2024: Very highly recommended! We've been going to Volpe off and on for years. It is located in the middle of the village with a nice atmosphere. Cooking is done with passion and dedication. You can taste that. The boss pays attention to high-quality, seasonal and regional food. Tourist friendly. In high season, reservations are a must as the restaurant is busy. You can also easily reserve via the Facebook page. There is only a deduction because of the space available inside (but the operator can't do anything about that) and when there's a lot going on, something can get forgotten (drinks). But the service is always very friendly. English and Italian are spoken. The host couple are super super nice and have really created a little gem in the restaurant industry! Compliments of the Court.

01/04/2024: Best squash/sandwiches in the area! The products offered (cheeses, cured meats and sauces) are fresh and of excellent quality, and it is also possible to customize the combinations according to your tastes, in addition to those available on the menu. Good beers and wines. Excellent service, the girls who work there are very kind and always available, making the atmosphere of the place welcoming :)

17/05/2024: This is a lovely establishment with good food, good wine, fine beers and a great staff. We came back after 3 years because we were "in the neighbourhood" (drove 2 hours) to experienced that great night we had again. And we did. The food is to share, local products and traditional dishes with a twist. Something for everybody. It's a 5 star restaurant all the way. Keep it up guys & good luck.

It is an elegant and welcoming restaurant, although not very spacious, ideal for a limited number of people. The staff always takes care of the customers, paying attention to the progress of the dinner. It is clear that in a place like this you cannot expect to spend little.

05/04/2024: We were in Vada for 5 days and got a tip from the hotel while looking for a restaurant. We went there 4 times out of 5 days because the food was delicious. The service was great and the restaurant was full every day (out of season), especially locals. This created a great atmosphere. We will miss it and therefore definitely recommend it!!

In this ale you can also taste dough with gluten-free sourdough and wholemeal yeast. Prompt service and carried out with the utmost speed and absolute kindness. Prices slightly above average. Advise.
