We made our reservation in advance through the website and we already chose the menu, in this case, SOLOCICCIA.
When we arrive, we are welcomed with appetizers and this figure, always smiling, Dario Cecchini, a kindness personified.
Afterwards, we were directed to the space designated for our menu and within a few minutes, the experience began.
The idea of sharing a table with other people is very interesting.
Wine and water as desired.
The meat served is always unsalted and you must season it to your taste. Here I have an important tip: buy the salt sold in the store and take it home, it really is very tasty.
Returning to the meat, it is good, always valuing Dario's premise of valuing every part of the animal. However, if you've had experiences with good meat in Brazil, Argentina or Uruguay, I don't think it will be that memorable.
At the end, they serve a cupcake, coffee, holy wine…

The meat is very good. We had lunch there with the solociccia menu and we arrived at the end full and satisfied, everything was delicious, without milk and without flour, apart from the dessert. The owner is very nice and kind. It takes a miracle to find a place but it's worth it. Fantastic.

I have passionately followed Dario's life on Netflix and of course I would visit his restaurant whenever I was in the area.
We drove to his establishment with an enthusiastic feeling. A pleasant welcome and we were allowed to share the table with a world-class group. Canadian, Mexican, Aussie and two Dutch.
The starter was the ultimate hand-cut tartare with olive oil and lemon, the entree was warm roast beef to enjoy and the main course was steak fiorentina.
Alongside the food was delicious Chianti wine and the meal ended with delicious cake, grappa and coffee.
All in all, this fantastic meal and experience made me cry with emotion. Thanks to everyone!

Finally after years I managed to eat at Cecchini, the atmosphere and the figure of Dario Cecchini were beautiful; from a food point of view I expected better but it's worth a try.
