01/04/2024: Absolutely highly recommended place ♥ We had dinner here with some friends during our evening in Martina Franca along La Route dei Due Mari. what can I say, everything was simply delicious! each course was super quality, tasty, plentiful, in short, everything was really delicious! Orecchiette with turnip greens are excellent; the pasta was delicious with lots of fresh fish, in short, first of all the first courses are highly recommended but let them advise you, you won't regret it ♥

Few seats, the maximum capacity is 45 people, all quality in the service and in the raw materials in the dishes, perfectly plated with perfect combinations and delicate on the palate. Simply perfect! Abbiamo assaggiato su consiglio del proprietario, vari piatti dell'antipasto tutta cucina ricercata di ottima qualità belli a vedersi ma soprattutto al palato ho apprezzato molto il primo da me scelto risotto al gambero rosso buonissimo e abbondante per non parlare dei dolci visto l'indecisione li abbiamo degustati tutti! Ottima location ,pulito servizio impeccabile non siamo stati mai con i calici vuoti :-) ho un b&b di famiglia in valle d'itria(trulli d'autore) e sicuramente lo consiglierò ai miei ospiti

01/04/2024: Hostaria La Serra is managed by Antonio and Simona, at first glance you immediately understand that they love their job and know how to be hospitable to satisfy customers with their proposals and the quality of the food. Antonio at the tables is friendly and helpful and Simona in the kitchen is ready to rework the dishes to adapt them to the various needs of intolerances or specific preferences. The menu offers typical dishes of great taste and quality, from appetizers to desserts. If you go there once it is certain that you will return because you will want to try what else the menu offers and stay in a welcoming environment and feel pampered by the hospitality of Antonio and Simona.
