Free To Eat fritti&Pizza In Bientina

Some of the best pizza in Atlanta! I have a hard time giving them 4 stars, because I really love the pizza here. It's super thin, and absolutely delicious. They have some really great meat choices as far as toppings are concerned. The only reason I didn't give Fritti 5 stars is because a lot of the other food there is pretty basic. If I rated just the pizza, I would give it 5 stars, but most of the pastas and salads are good, or just okay. This is how I would rate each thing we ordered individually: Salad: 2-3 stars The salad had far too much oil on it, and the toppings were pretty kind of sparce. I make better salads at home, which are much cheaper. Bruschetta: 2-3 stars It was okay, but not super flavorful. I do think that they may have changed this item since the last time I had it, which was a few years ago. It was actually better this time, but it could have had more herbs and flavor. Drinks: 3-4 stars the cocktails were good, but not amazing. They were a little sweet, and it seemed like they were trying too hard to make some creative cocktails. I think at an Italian restaurant it is okay to have some standard classic cocktails that you can make well, and just call it a day. Calamari: 4 stars I really like their calamari. I think it is some of the best in the city, but not the best I have ever had. The batter is cooked very well. It is not too crispy, but not soft, or soggy. The texture of the calamari is really good. Also, they have tentacles, and not just rings, which I love. Many places just serve the rings, and the tentacles are so much better. Pizza: 5 stars We ordered the Maialona, which is my favorite. It has spicy meats, and black olives. The pizza is thin, and you can fold it into a little pizza sandwich. It is hands down one of my favorite pizzas in Atlanta. Fritti is great. I will definitely be back for calamari and pizza. Hopefully some of the other dishes will improve in the future, and I can bump them up to a 5.

We absolutely loved the place. The food was unbelievably good. I am gluten free and the pizza and focaccia bread was to die for. I could not get enough. Our waitstaff (Ayana - I think I spelled it correctly) was the best. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Not something you find often.

Fritti has been at the top of my list for the best Napoleon style pizzas in Atlanta. The fried calamari makes for a great appetizer. Cooked in a wood burning oven, the flavor of the crust really shines. You can taste the flavors of Italy in every bite. My personal favorite is sorrentina pizza. I add spicy salami to mine for an extra kick. Make sure you leave a little room for dessert. The gelato is absolutely to die for. Over all the service is pretty consistent here. Parking can be annoying depending on the time of day you go. Personally I’m not a fan of the valet parking option.

Ayaan was such a fantastic server!!!! The food was absolutely outstanding!

Food took a long time for half our table and server kind of disappeared. But it was a busy day so not going to hold it against them though and the manager was cool and helped resolve the situation. Food was delicious.

My friend and I stopped in yesterday after walking on the Beltline for a bit. We didn't have a reservation but were seated shortly after we got there since we asked for a patio seat. The service was pretty good and they were on top of water refills. We split the mushroom appetizer which I thought was pretty tasty but the portion size was way too small for the price, wouldn't order again for that reason. I ordered the strachinella pizza and added carmelized onions and extra mozzarella and my friend ordered the vegetariana and added garlic. I didn't like the carmelized onions as they were much mushier than I like them but overall the pizza was pretty good and my friend enjoyed hers as well. She also ordered an extra dirty martini which she said is one of the best she's had in the city. Overall we enjoyed our experience, wasn't mind blowing but would stop by again.

Great restaurant, great experience and also received great service from the actual waitress. This review loses a star in service because we called ahead to try to make a reservation and was told there are no reservations, just walk up only. There was no mention of the waiting list being a thing and we were told upon walking up that we should have put our name on the waiting list which was conflicting the original information given when we called. It would have been nice if these details were shared from the jump so we could plan ahead properly!

Calarari and Calzone were perfect! Will visit again.

Siamo capitati x caso io e mia mamma dopo una visita alla piccola bientina.proprietari napoletani gentilissimi! Ma la cosa che piu mi ha entusiasmato e' stata la bonta' della pizza mangiata! Ottimo l impasto saporito e croccante, ottimo il pomodoro e ottima la mozzarella che filava! Complimenti davvero! Sarei a 360 recensioni di ristoranti ma ho cambiato il cell e non riesco piu a antrare nel vecchio profilo.la mamma ha mangiato in macchina la sua parte di pizza che si era freddata.mi ha dato un pezzo e anche fredda era ottima! Torneremo appena possibile.
