Truly exceptional Easter lunch. Dishes extraordinarily balanced in flavor and well presented. Punctual and discreet service, very friendly and helpful owner. Definitely worth returning

A nice surprise a few km from the city center. Immersed in a very well maintained and cared for rural villa, we had the pleasure of discovering a very professional and courteous service staff attentive to our needs (we even found ourselves with a surprise babysitter for our children, who we didn't even have the chance to to thank and I do so now from the bottom of my heart). Dishes presented down to the smallest detail (which is very rare in the area), very balanced flavors with citrus notes that enhance the compositions and remind you that we are in Sicily. Very original appetizers, such as the red mullet arancino or the anchovy pie with Tropea onions or simply very good such as the octopus. Very well prepared dishes and very fresh ingredients (the prawn in my pasta melted in my mouth). If I can afford some advice (unfortunately it is a problem that I encounter everywhere in the restaurants in the area) I would enrich the menu with desserts typical of the confectionery art of the Sicilian tradition. The place definitely has the potential to do so. Living in France, I'm a little sad to see the cake with the warm chocolate center regularly offered in the height of summer when I find it all year round in any Parisian bistro or brasserie. That said, the almond parfait with chocolate sauce served on the side was one of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Next year we will return and I hope to find something like a melon frost on the menu, even if revisited ;) Once again my heartfelt compliments and thank you very much for the evening you allowed us to spend.
