I saw the place by chance and as soon as I entered the counter I was greeted with friendly professionalism. During the short wait, by the way, I was the object of attention, and this is always a pleasure.
I ate one of the best hamburgers and chips I've ever had!
Artisan bread, meat cooked, as per my request, rare. High quality cheese and bacon. Excellent chips, dry, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The real gem is the peated whiskey mayonnaise.
When I return to Trieste I will definitely return.

FANTASTIC! Excellent beers, welcoming and beautiful environment but above all a very kind and professional owner who transmits the passion for what he does. Places like this are rare now. Top beers and food! Don't miss it if you go to Trieste!

A nice pub, with an interesting selection of beers (domestic and international).
The food was not to my taste: the Gorgonzola-balls seemed frozen (however the Chimay sauce was excellent); and the onion soup lacked of onion flavor and texture.
The sandwiches are excellent, top quality ingredients that fully satisfy both in size and goodness. Huge choice of beers, they don't have a list, but there is a blackboard where the beers they have on tap are written, of artisanal variety and from the area. Attentive service, and very competent staff both in service and in advising you what to drink. I would happily stay here again. A little expensive, but justified for what you eat and drink. (You pay for quality)

Birreria molto caratteristica "english style" a due passi dal centro.
Locale piccolo, in pieno stile pub britannico e con titolare simpatico e cordiale.
Assortimento non troppo ampio; poche cose fatte bene. Carne molto buona.
Panini ottimi, molto conditi e saporiti. Birra con ampia scelta e con qualche chicca particolare.
Prezzi ovviamente adeguati alla situazione.

Ci siamo recati nella birreria con amici per passare una piacevole serata accompagnati da una.buona birra.I suggerimenti avuti dal personale si sono dimostrati validi il che presuppone un'ottima conoscenza della materia brassicola,anche il mondo panini si è rivelato buono.La nota negativa è stato il tempo di attesa forse un pochino eccessivo.
Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e i prezzi nella media di questi tempi...
Il locale è piccolo e conviene prenotare.
