Clean environment, young, courteous and efficient staff, truly varied menu and well prepared, presented and served dishes... all good... Respectful service, not friendly, not welcoming only what is necessary for Covid checks and to show the tables available, not even a hint of sympathy for those who ultimately make it work (the customers certainly), and who can take care of telling you where to go to the his relatives, friends and others. The timing for the order and the quality of our choices (three different) were good in every sense, but don't let yourself be carried away by the photos shown on the menu card because they are at least a third of the one photographed. Yes, I would go back because I know what I'm going to encounter, maybe I also know what to choose on the assumption that it will be three or two times smaller, but not for example the chicken and abundant compared to the deception of the pork ribs burger with onions where I had to open the bread to see if there was meat. I came back after a few months to say that on Monday noon the first or second customer asked for a cut of meat with baked potatoes and :"the oven doesn't work I can offer you french fries" the meat didn't seem fresh done but just reheated resting on a mattress-shaped fist of spinach not unseasoned choices which would be fine for boiling not for raw salad. The bathroom, being the first customer, should be clean, right? No, but whoever does the cleaning will arrive in the evening or in the morning before they open

Increased prices. Quality/price ratio not corresponding. Every dish ordered (there were 4 of us), plenty of salad on the sandwiches or chips on the plates, but little meat and too many sauces. I don't think we will go back.

When I say the words "Old Wild West" I sometimes get demotivating responses regarding the quality of the food and hygiene. In all honesty, leaving aside the original and pleasant environment, I have never found poor quality food or hygiene problems. However, an improvement could be made: bring back the nuts!
