Good food,Savoury,we enjoy it alot .We tried the tasting menu with 8 different course was the best !! Very unique the description of how the ingredient tastes is amazing meal experience.The service is fantastic ,good wine selection.Should definitely try when in Florence. Considering the excellent service and good flavors we experienced, there was plenty of potential for an amazing meal, but instead I think we simply experienced a satisfactory meal for the price paid. Our mistake was opting for the “Chefs Choice”, which turned out to be 3 seafood dishes, a ricotta and spinach dish, and a pasta dish. All well prepared, certainly, but for a menu with lots of steak and poultry on offer, we experienced none of it. It’s always a gamble to put your dining experience in the Chef’s hands, but when you pay €500+ for your meal you expect to win that gamble more often than not. I would recommend strictly ordering the tasting menu, or à la carte.

Wonderful meal at this lovely restaurant. Excellent service, classic cooking with good flavour combinations. We opted for the tasting menu and each course was beautifully presented with well balanced ingredients, nothing jarring or added without a purpose. Our favourites were the Guinea fowl risotto, the tortellini with a well flavoured lemongrass sauce, and the beef. We were less impressed with the iceberg crepe which was the only dish we didn’t enjoy. The wine pairings were interesting and well explained. A great night out. We would definitely return if we are in Florence again

Top service, wonderful ambience and incredibly good food. Absolutely authentic Italian cuisine at an incredibly high level. We have been to many starred restaurants and yet dinner at Ora d'Aria is one of the best we have had to date. The restaurant absolutely deserves a star and the prices were also very fair! Absolutely recommendation!

After years of just hearing about it, I also managed to come here to taste Marco Stabile's cuisine. What can I say... There are dishes that stay in your head, they deserve to be tasted rather than talked about, perhaps also because you wouldn't be able to describe the whirlwind of taste that is unleashed in your mouth (and in your head). The service is spectacular: the dining room staff has all it takes to make you feel at ease and guarantee you a stay at the table without unexpected events, young and well-prepared guys who haven't missed a beat. A curated wine list that is presented digitally on a tablet, probably to be constantly updated and not have finished labels in front of you. On the menu there are various "tastings" but it is also possible to take selected dishes à la carte. What can I say... Thanks Marco, you have always been a correct and kind person and from today I can finally talk about your art in the kitchen too. An hour of fresh air is truly an hour of fresh air that frees you from the thoughts outside that door. See you soon Lorenzo A.

First time at this high end restaurant. Everything was impeccable: from the food to the service. The raw materials used are of the highest quality and the hand of chef Stabile makes everything unique. For the first time I was excited when I tasted a simple dish (gnudo with tomato) because it brought back memories of how little I was. The staff is another feather in the cap: preparation and kindness are at home here. I didn't expect them to bring me a cake with a candle after finding out it was my birthday: the icing on the cake of a perfect evening. Last but not least, the place is wonderful: intimate and elegant with an open kitchen. The decorated ceiling makes everything enchanting. We will definitely be back to try another menu

a carte présente des plats toscans revisités de façon très intéressante ainsi que des créations très contemporaines. Plusieurs menus « dégustation » permettent d’apprécier une grande diversité de saveurs. La sommelière propose avec beaucoup de talent des vins au verre en fonction des goûts et des plats. Le service est très agréable avec ce qu’il faut de discrétion et d’attention, agrémenté parfois d’une note d’humour. La visite du chef Marco Stabile qui vient vous faire gouter des saveurs originales est très émouvante. Dans un joli décor, la salle de petite dimension n’offre que quelques tables si bien que l’on a l’impression de diner chez des amis. A deux pas des chefs d’œuvres la Galerie des Offices, l’Oria d’Aria est un petit joyau de l’art culinaire pour une soirée tout en légèreté.
