Osteria Nonna Gina In Siena

It was the tastiest pasta eaten in Italy, impeccable and fast service. If you get to Siena, try it. We were lucky, even if we didn't make a reservation in advance for lunch.

Impeccable service. Everyone is kind and thoughtful. The best tavern I tried in Siena. Recommended: fancy appetizer, rigatoni alla cinta and gnocchi alla Lella! We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience in this tavern very close to the center. Traditional Tuscan dishes sometimes slightly revisited but of great effect and taste. The place is a bit small but it is typical of a tavern. Friendly staff always ready to meet customer requests

Lovely place and staff. There is an air of family combined with professionalism and kindness. Very honest prices. The mixed platter is excellent and varied, the gnocchi alla Lella and the baked onions are also worth trying! Well done, absolutely recommended.

A BITTERSWEET EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND VISITING, BUT BE CAREFUL. I decided to go for Google comments. I did very well eating, so much so that we ended up ordering another main dish when we had already finished eating the ones we ordered at the beginning. The problem was when I asked for the bill and it turned out that a "primi plati" was charged 16 euros when in reality it cost 13. I realized it because I took the precaution of taking a photo of the menu at the entrance to the restaurant and I began to detail it " He tells it carefully. I had read a comment that tourists were given different treatment in prices and that alerted me and well, the alert may have been a mistake, maybe not, but I didn't feel very good. Sorry to those who served me when I showed what was happening with a photo of the menu on my cell phone. Very unpleasant experience, but very good food. I would return but it was a bad experience that I took with me from Italy.

Ottimo! Nulla da dire! Qualità del cibo ottima, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, unico neo, l’odore della cucina in sala, siamo usciti che avevamo i vestiti da lavare

Abbiamo assaggiato i pici alla dado, molto buoni, in generale i piatti erano abbastanza buoni, il personale gentile e non ci sono state sorprese sul conto, quindi consiglio questo ristorante per una cena senza troppe pretese. Non mi è piaciuto molto il tiramisù, perchè era un pò troppo dolce e pannoso. In questo ristorante non servono superalcolici (grappe, amari, etc), io non li bevo ma è bene saperlo.
