Scoperto per caso, in occasione di una cena per festeggiare. Locale da pochi coperti che garantisce la possibilità di effettuare un servizio curatissimo. Pane e grissini fatti in casa con olio ligure eccellente. Mangiato divinamente bene. Dietro suggerimento del titolare abbiamo scelto antipasto di asparagi in tre consistenze e, per secondo, filetto di dentice (pescato del giorno). Per dolce il gianduiotto. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, vuoi per la bontà e ricercatezza dei piatti, vuoi per la cortesia avvolgente ma mai invadente del titolare (conduzione famigliare). Meraviglioso!!

I returned and with great pleasure because it is always worth it. One of the things I love most is the fact that there are few seats and that - therefore - you can spend lunch or dinner talking without noise. The raw material is not only of quality: it is well worked, with an incredible study. The scallop with cotechino and dove is something stratospheric, unthinkable. The fois gras melted in your mouth.. in short… you are fantastic! From the living room to the kitchen!!

One of the greatest restaurants in the region 👌 everything was perfect with some French and East Asian influence on great Italian dishes. The staff is very careful and helpful. The 3rd time that I come and they never miss the shot 😉 (it is recommended to call to book a table in advance) A great moment

Siamo nella Cuneo "vecchia", il locale si presenta pulito e ordinato, tavoli ben preparati, accoglienza buona che con il passare del tempo si è dimostrata molto empatica e questa è una buona cosa! Menù che presenta carne e pesce, pochi piatti, com'è giusto che sia per garantire la preparazione "al momento". Entrée buonissime ... antipasti molto buoni, primo ottimo e particolare, plin con la barbabietola..., secondo molto buono, ottimi i dolci! Siamo usciti dal ristorante soddisfatti e felici della scelta. Il prezzo non è economico, ma in linea con la tipologia del locale. Bravi tutti!!!

12/02/2024: Wow !!!! Un angolo di paradiso! Tutto curato nel dettaglio. Fantastica la camera, la piscina, il giardino e l’accoglienza ! Colazione e cena divini! Grazie tornerò presto
