I was on holiday in Castiglione and, once I discovered this artisan pasta factory, I couldn't help but try all the products available, even placing orders almost daily. From pici to tortelli, every shape and variant of pasta was truly excellent. The owner Giacomo, in addition to being a REALLY kind and affable person, amazed me with the genius of some of the doughs and advice for preparing the dishes. If you don't feel like preparing your own pasta sauce, sauces and other rotisserie preparations are also available. The cakes are also really good. If you love trying (and cooking) local products when you travel, Giacomo's will certainly have a very positive contribution to your holiday.

Too bad we can't give 6 or 7 stars!! Giacomo's hands create fresh natural pasta and mouth-watering fillings 🤤 we tried all the ravioli and pici made by him and we were truly amazed by the excellence and imagination of his products ❤️ last but not least his kindness and professionalism is an excellent side dish 💯 definitely a stop not to be missed if you are in Castiglione! We will be back soon, thanks for everything!!!

Ottimi tortelli dall' impasto SUBLIME !!!!! Molta scelta :tradizionali,ai funghi ,al pesce. Sono Chef a domicilio e sono portavoce anche dei miei clienti che apprezzano molto.

Really very tasty ravioli, pasta and cakes. The service is very friendly. Two types of ravioli are offered daily to ensure good quality. We paid €36 for almost 1.7 kg of delicious ravioli.

If you are in Castiglione don't miss the tortelli experience from the pasta factory just across the arch. Not to mention the revisited pastiera... A small place but one that makes excellence its flagship... Which combined with the kindness of the owner makes it a stop not to be missed

28/04/2024: Very nice and kind staff... they accepted us at a time that wasn't exactly suitable for lunch when all the places we had previously heard from had (rightly) already closed their kitchens The spaces are very limited but it absolutely goes into the background and the place is very colorful and very well set up. We ate and drank very well, the girls treated us very well and then the magic of the jukebox is priceless... if I ever return to Pitigliano I will certainly come back to eat here... highly recommended!
27/04/2024: We arrived after finding ALL the local restaurants fully booked. Fantastic staff who, upon our arrival, gave us a gift of 100 lire to load the 70s style Jukebox. Excellent typical cuisine: fantastic pappardelle and fabulous wild boar... Will be back
