Pizzeria Avalon In Ancona

Coming back to Avalon and not giving a super review is impossible. The pizza is the best in the province of Ancona, it is digestible very well, and what about the tastes? Even the "simplest" pizzas have a balance of taste that 100% enhances the very high quality raw materials they use. Staff? we were served on the veranda by a boy and a girl who were adorable and attentive even to our son, he rarely pays such attention to the customer! Coming from Avalon is always a guarantee, I can't wait to return! Keep it up guys, I've seen your growth over the years and you must be really proud of what you've created!

Excellent Neapolitan pizza, generous and very soft crust, very thin interior. The pizza is light and digestible as it is highly hydrated. I went with three other people and we were all pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the ingredients, the originality of the proposals and above all by the combinations of the various ingredients in each pizza! Truly excellent pizzas if you are a Neapolitan lover of course! They also have as dessert the very famous "snowflake" from the Poppella pastry shop in Naples...a delight!!! It's a shame about the location, it's not worthy of the quality of the pizzas, very spartan and not very well looked after as a whole, I recommend improving the furnishings and especially the bathroom area, it feels like entering a changing room on a five-a-side football pitch :) In any case we will definitely be back to try other really interesting polrooste on the menu!!!

The pizza, although small, is really good!

I had dinner at this pizzeria with my group of friends, who had told me good things about this place. The pizza is very good, with a thick and soft crust as it should be, and does not weigh down the stomach. In addition to the more classic and traditional pizzas, you can also find more particular ones and with more valuable ingredients. Obviously prices vary based on the pizza you choose, and the more valuable ones cost significantly more. The Luxury Selection pizza, with black truffle and wine sausage, is the most expensive and costs €18. The "classic" pizzas, on the other hand, have totally average prices. The choice of desserts was also inviting, and the Snickers I had was excellent (a dessert inspired by the bar of the same name). The only thing I appreciated less is the ordering system: you have to order everything from your mobile phone, scanning the QR code on the table. This way of ordering is the latest trend in the restaurant world, and has been spreading a lot lately, but personally I always prefer human interaction with a waiter. Furthermore, people who are less familiar with cell phones may find themselves in difficulty. However, it is a pizzeria that I recommend, it is absolutely worth it given the high quality of the food.

We have always gotten takeaway pizza ordered with the app. The pizza is excellent, the ingredients seem to be carefully chosen. It is always prepared with extreme care, they always check if something is missing, the service is fast, punctual and efficient. It costs a little more but it's worth it. 100% recommended.

Amazing pizza, light like a true Neapolitan, it's been a long time since we ate a very high quality pizza, polite and very kind as well as professional staff, spacious environment both outside and inside, convenient parking, recommended.

We ordered for take out on the app. It was a very easy and forward experience. Staff is extremely helpful and tries their best to accommodate if you don't speak Italian. The food was extremely good. Can only recommend.

Cibo buonissimo, dalle pizze ai fritti, ai dolci, etc. Camerieri gentili e disponibili. Sarebbe utile avere qualche aiutino in piú quando si piazza l'ordine dato che non tutte le persone hanno dimestichezza con i cellulari. Questo é il motico per il quale ho dato 4...

Che la pizza sia eccezionale oramai è risaputo… ma i dolci!! Tortino Fiesta… spettacolare, il cioccolato fondente che si mescola all’arancia, il tutto con del rum.
