Reading the reviews you might think it's just a pizzeria, in truth pizza is their main business, but at lunch you can also find portions of first courses, usually three types (I recommend the parmigiana, exceptional). And also ready-made small sandwiches (similar to panuozzo), excellent for a quick lunch. Then obviously also the fried foods, all of high quality... But it doesn't stop there, every now and then she also makes desserts, and if you ask the lady she will also make you an excellent pastiera.
Obviously the top is achieved with panuozzo, I'll just tell you that I have colleagues who travel 20 kilometers to eat it... I mean, do you understand how good it is?

I'm not here to speak badly, but I have to say my opinion as a pizza lover. Let me start by saying that we tried the takeaway pizza some time ago, but we were not particularly impressed, preferring to serve ourselves from the competition, even if the competition seems to do everything, at least here in Rubiera, to make the pizza worse than all the others, using truly raw materials. scarce to stay within costs. Having said this we found a point of equilibrium at another place which has now closed. I'll get to the point, we recently tried to get take-away pizzas here again but, I have to say, we're not there. First of all, if you roll out the pizza before putting it in the oven, you have to make sure that the thickness is homogeneous around the entire perimeter, but two fingers before reaching the contour, the thickness is much higher and furthermore the tomato did not satisfy us . I'm also talking because I've also made some pizza at home with the Diavola Pro and I know what I'm saying, but there's too much work to do, to each their own job. Last thing, if someone asks you for thin-crust pizza and you reply that you don't do it (maybe because you only want to make Neapolitan), well.....it's clear that you still have enough customers even without us.....

Everything is perfect, so perfect, that you should call to reserve the dough for the pizzas or panuozzi, otherwise you risk being left empty-handed, so much so that the demand is high. Excellent Neapolitan pizza with a high crust and soft and fragrant panuozzi, all super stuffed with excellent ingredients. Small place, more takeaway, but if you want there are some tables with chairs on the porch. You will also find a good selection of fried foods and especially fried pizza, as well as other delicacies. Highly recommended.
