26/02/2024: Beautiful evening, surprise birthday, gourmet cuisine, waiter and sommelier always at the table replenishing glasses and bread and chefs describing the dishes, the photos speak for the rest

08/05/2024: I went today for a family lunch in this Italian excellence. Morel lasagna (house specialty) and fillet with balsamic vinegar (produced on site) truly exceptional! Even the side dishes with a note of merit to the roasted potatoes... an environment where you can breathe history and every detail is perfect, cared for and refined. There is a big one however (at least today) desserts definitely not at the level of the place, service (also excellent) and the rest of the courses. I come from a family of pastry chefs with over 50 years of experience so I am certainly influenced by this but today the dessert trolley consisted of a bavarois based on pavesini, a chocolate pudding, crème caramel, trifle... rice cake (it looked like a rice flan soaked in egg and sugar and perhaps sambuca) and a sort of sacher (simple sponge cake glazed with chocolate without anything else... vegetable cream aside)... everything is perfect right down to the desserts, definitely not at the level of everything the rest…

14/05/2024: Without taking anything away from anyone, I personally give 10 out of 10 to Francesco Mosca's Voglia di Pizza. They make them the best pizza I've ever eaten both for the great quality of the ingredients, for the perfect leavening that doesn't "happen" in the stomach as sometimes happens with others, crumbly and fragrant top cooking, in short a riot of taste for the taste buds! If you pass through Calerno (RE) I highly recommend you stop and try it, you will also be able to get to know the friendliness and friendliness of Francesco (who among other things has participated in the world pizza championship several times) and his staff.

06/05/2024: Formal environment but not too much. Excellent food. Impeccable service. Fair value for money, considering the environment, service and quality of the food. Obviously the choice of wine has an influence.

22/04/2024: Best dinner in Italy! We didn’t had any expectations, but the hospitality was extraordinary. We really enjoyed our steaks for the main course paired with local wine, and panna cotta for dessert. The staff is super friendly and nice! We loved it here

21/03/2024: I can only give it full marks. An oasis of peace, with attention to the smallest details. We took advantage of the 120 minute spa program and everything was perfect, sauna, Turkish bath, splendid hydromassage tub, all at our exclusive disposal (probably having booked in the middle of the week we were lucky). I absolutely recommend it to get away from the frenzy of everyday life.

10/05/2024: Wonderful find. Great atmosphere, great service, and awesome food. The waiter spoke English, helped with the menu, and even gave us half portions so we could try more dishes. Sitting in the town square was wonderful also. Highly recommend.
