Excellent welcome, excellent service, all the food is excellent, locally sourced and in season! Refined cuisine in food care! Absolutely recommended, you will leave happy!
I'm revisiting the review to add that to date, July 2021, the kindness of the welcome, the exquisiteness of the dishes, the starters are a fairy tale, and the seasonal quality have remained the same: 5 STARS with my eyes closed!!
Today 20 April 2022 I confirm 100% the maximum appreciation for the quality of the dishes, the kindness of the welcome and the prices which have remained almost unchanged: 5 STARS✨✨✨✨✨!!!

Very good restaurant, attentive chef (what's more, welcomes us in French), refined and very tasty cuisine (special mention at the entrance with the typical dishes of the region), I highly recommend!

Typical Apulian cuisine but revisited with originality: all the dishes are well prepared and the tastes harmonious, even when unexpected. Small-medium portions, or maybe I was very hungry.

What a pleasure to be nourished by enthusiasts! From the chef to the waitress, everyone is proud of the local products they cook and serve. Arriving by chance, we were not disappointed. The discovery entry (5 small entries) is a journey through local specialties. Very good advice for discovering local wines. And the desserts...to be recommended as an ideal stop before or after alberobello, expensive and overrated. Incredible value for money. Worthy of a 1 Michelin star restaurant!

Well-managed small restaurant in the center of Putignano, refined cuisine with a good base of tradition.
Very kind staff, interesting choice of wine and fair prices.
All the locals we met recommended us to go there and they were right, a truly exceptional restaurant.
Everything we tried was amazing.
Please note that by choice they are always closed on weekends.
Better to book.

Pleasant discovery, delicious food. Exceptional meat as well as truly succulent starters. The service is commendable, discreet but makes you feel at home. Go there and you won't regret it!
