23/03/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant which intrigued us during our walk... the welcome was friendly but at the same time professional... we had an appetizer which was top quality and plentiful... followed by two equally interesting second courses with quality products... all accompanied by a good wine that we chose with the help of the host... who pleasantly entertained us during the meal and at the end of dinner with interesting notions on the history of the location of the restaurant... congratulations for the food... for the proposals and for the pleasant feeling of being regular customers and not simply passing through... we will definitely see each other again

30/03/2024: I am very happy to do this review. I had chosen based on the google reviews and I can say that they were all worth it!!!! Very nice and very kind staff, especially with the 2 year old girl - not to be taken for granted - a cod from the END OF THE WORLD, an explosion of taste and experience of the senses. We then had an exquisite slice of tuna and a typical pasta dish with truffles whose name I don't remember, nothing short of heavenly!!!!!!! Everything was delicious, excellent grappas, excellent location, they even gave the little girl raspberries...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

17/03/2024: Hospitality and attention and love for what they do made me feel at home. I only stayed one night because of a course nearby and tasted many delicacies for dinner. A certainty without a doubt.

27/05/2024: Excellent restaurant, we were there spontaneously yesterday-Sunday evening (8 p.m.) without a reservation. It was fully booked and full, but a table was still set aside for four of us in one of the upstairs dining rooms. The boss seemed relaxed and extremely friendly, as did all the rest of the staff, who had to cope with the now cramped conditions, some of whom were constantly serving the guests. So the staff is top, competent and multilingual! The food and recommended wine: delicious! We are still thrilled and would come back at any time, but then definitely with a reservation! Thank you very much for such a great experience!!!

28/05/2024: Satisfying all the guests is never a given... on the contrary... but this time we believe it really happened from the appetizer to the | bitter only beautiful words and wow expressions. On Saturday 25th 05 we chose you for our Son's Confirmation (never come before but we informed ourselves and read reviews) what can I say, everything was fantastic, excellent quality, very polite, very friendly staff. Helpful and attentive to ensure that nothing was missing, good presentation but above all a quality that pays attention to the importance of the ingredients. 17/05/2024: Superb farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Excellent food, Gianluca in the dining room is an excellent ambassador of local delicacies: cured meats, cheeses, truffles, egg pasta. A temple of Umbrian cuisine HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

25/02/2024: I was there two weeks ago to celebrate my birthday, what can I say? The restaurant never disappoints me. The service was excellent, the waiters were friendly, polite and above all nice. The food was great, delicious. I thank the owner and all the restaurant staff for making that evening special.

05/05/2024: We have never been to a Michelin restaurant before and were so excited to have dinner here. When we arrived the atmosphere was quaint, seating for about 50 people. Once seated, we noticed the table next to us had a dog and 2 very small, tired children. Staff was attentive at the beginning, wine service wonderful. The fillets if beef were very undercooked and sent them back only to get them still undercooked. Definitely recommend the “Umbrichelli” all’ Amatriciana pasta and anything with truffles. I would definitely recommend going, but stick with the pasta.

20/05/2024: We had dinner last week, welcoming atmosphere even if some cobwebs could have been avoided. The owner is too far above her capabilities since she doesn't know how to explain the food cooked. Onion soup, AWFUL, served lukewarm, a mess of onions and inedible cheese. A side dish of courgettes (5 slices) soaked in water, hard and warm roast potatoes The bill was too high for the quality of the food.

12/05/2024: My partner and I went in the first week of April. We had a great time, the owners were super friendly, they explained each dish to us and we often had the opportunity to have a chat with both of them. He is very knowledgeable about wines and gave us very good advice. The reinterpretation of panzanella, a very creamy and tasty liver pâté, is fabulous. First courses with simple but spectacular ingredients. A guarantee of quality and excellent value for money. Highly recommended (also by the Michelin guide), we will return sooner or later. PS. The very thin and crunchy croutons are fabulous

06/04/2024: Located in a delightful village, among the most beautiful in Italy, we entered by chance fasting and late for lunch, but we were nevertheless seated with extreme kindness and served, even though the kitchen was already closed. We ate local ham, salami and sausage, a choice of cheeses, rustic pickles, bread and excellent wine until we were satisfied. It couldn't have happened better. Highly recommended.

17/02/2024: Restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, with a simple environment but attention to every detail. Rich and interesting menu, not at all obvious. The tasting of their oil on bruschetta, as a welcome, steals the show, and in general the exceptional quality oil is the star of the restaurant. We will gladly return!

21/03/2024: Dinner with family on the 15th. Beautiful location enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling view of the "Domus Romana". Excellent appetizers with refined and quality products (such as Spello rice, pata negra, artichokes, cheese and eggs), the first and second courses are also good and worthy of mention (potato and nettle gnocchi with lamb sauce, spaghetti, tomato, vanilla and anchovies , goat's milk risotto with asparagus and savory), good cellar. Discrete but present, professional staff. The only note that is not up to par with the place and what is expected to close an excellent dinner are the desserts which I didn't actually have to make Wow, without praise or infamy. We will definitely return and it is worth recommending as much as a starred one

The flavors are authentic and the raw materials of the highest quality. I had the opportunity to taste several dishes, all delicious and carefully prepared. If you want to enjoy a high-level culinary experience in a unique and evocative context, this is the right place. The price is adequate for the quality of the food and service.

01/04/2024: With some friends I had the opportunity to return to the Locanda del Teatro. It was a real success. My friends were fascinated by the warmth of the place and the extreme courtesy of the maître Paolo. The staff, courteous and impeccable as always, were constantly at our disposal. Chef Pasqualino stopped by to say a cordial greeting, as did the pastry chef Lucia and the baker Pier Luigi. The dishes on the countryside menu were appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. The photos speak for themselves and provide a precise idea of ​​the individual dishes. We will be back for sure and soon.
