02/03/2024: Nice place, friendly and professional staff, but the strong point is the pizza. The best dough I've ever eaten. Living in Rome I have the opportunity to try different pizzerias but until now I have never eaten dough of this quality. Truly congratulations.

19/05/2024: What to say? Simply thank you Monica, you are fantastic. We were there yesterday for a hen party, we booked the wellness program with super aperitif. Monica was an accomplice in all our pranks on the bride 😂. Exceptional staff. They pampered us with a reinforced aperitif and prosecco and a massage for the future bride as a gift. All perfect. We will see each other soon. Maggje
19/05/2024: We went to the Spa yesterday for a hen party... Everything was perfect! Unfortunately the weather was bad and the manager Monica, after having prepared everything for the aperitif outside, moved the organization to do it inside, the Spa is beautiful, welcoming, clean and functional... The buffet was fantastic, of quality, abundant and I must also say very rich in flavor and class, and it is rare to find that extra touch combined with abundance... The girls were very kind and extremely helpful, the water was always ice cold and was practically always around the corner ...and there were 12 of us, and we all had fun and relaxed... the bride also did the massage... So thank you so much Monica! You made us feel at home and super pampered! We will definitely be back ❤️

15/09/2023: Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto staff. Camere spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort e pulizia eccellente.
Colazione varia e con prodotti locali. Ottima anche la posizione sia per le spiagge che per le città vicine. Lo consiglio.
15/09/2023: We stayed in paradise for 8 nights. Clean rooms (every day with some towels changed). The vaulted ceiling is beautiful. Very kind staff ready to satisfy your wishes. Well-kept farmhouse with lots of greenery. Very large internal parking. Soundproof rooms. Abundant and excellent breakfast (pasticciotto-croissant alternation) plus tarts, fruit, yogurt, etc.
Proximity to a fabulous sea (10 minutes). Avetrana turns out to be very nice to discover. Poor restaurants. We hope to return.

Unfortunately the only free table was near the entrance and customers often left the door open, not very pleasant on a cold evening. I recommend a glass window to improve this aspect.

26/09/2023: Very tasty food, you can taste the (organic) quality (own cultivation)! Particularly recommended: all antipasti, orecchiette al primitivo e salsiccia, truffle dessert.
Nice location on the hill with a view of the countryside! Friendly service & friendly host.
High quality oil available from our own organic cultivation, good price/performance ratio!
A MUST for everyone in the area!!!
26/09/2023: I was very happy to have eaten in this place which is suitable for everyone even those who are more attentive to nutrition like you and well yes because all the products they use are all 100% 100 ORGANIC from the vegetables to the oil which is really high quality unfortunately the restaurant closes in the winter but reopens in the summer and it is really really beautiful with a spectacular panoramic point. I recommend going when it reopens

11/10/2023: Cenato in questo posto molto accogliente, arredamento tipico di un luogo di mare, quasi ellenico... non scordiamo che la Puglia faceva parte della Magna Grecia. Ordinato una serie di piatti, buona la quantità ed ottima la qualità, buono anche l'impiattamento senza avere le pretese di un piatto gourmet, come non deve essere. Cucina tipica pugliese con vero km 0... basta guardare pochi metri più avanti l'orto da cui provengono le materie prime. Complimenti.

01/11/2023: This hotel is truly beautiful. You turn off from the main road onto a path, where you think: Where am I going to end up? You drive between the olive trees and orange trees to a beautiful ambiance. Upon your pleasant arrival you will receive a drink and a tour and then your room, not large, but very nice. The service is fantastic: good breakfast. Towels for swimming in the beautiful pool. People try to take care of everything.
We will definitely come back here again.
