I am very interested in the two dishes of blue lobster and raw and cooked vegetables, so I chose to order a la carte. The overall experience was very positive, the service was very enthusiastic and many helpful suggestions were provided. The sommelier is very professional and the glasses that match each wine are also perfect. Each dish is perfect in terms of taste and presentation, make sure to order their roasted suckling pig!

Starred restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Florence, with breathtaking views. Delicious dishes and punctual and attentive service. The selection of wines paired with the menu is excellent. Thanks to the Chef who welcomed us kindly and pleasantly entertained us at the end of dinner.

Dinner here was definitely a highlight of our recent trip to Italy. The service was impeccable and each dish was better than the last. We did the more expensive tasting menu with wine pairing and it is definitely worth it for the quality of the meal we got (and the experience). We were in love with the dessert with the vin santo, it was perfectly balanced - not too sweet, and paired very well together. We usually are more savory people so we were shocked by how much we liked the dessert. I would recommend coming here for a celebration or for that one extra nice dinner while on vacation.

Most impressed by the first part of the menu, with the asparagus standing out above all the rest, which in any case was perhaps made with simple but quality materials and with extreme technique.
In extremis surpassed by the sweet due to the hint of salt.
The absolute strong point is the service, both with the waiters and directly with the chef, with whom we discussed the vegetarian menu and the dish I liked the most for a few minutes.

We were seated at an upstairs table which I would not recommend. If the try to put you up there, resist. The only other party upstairs was large group of about 8 or 9. The men at the table got up after every course to go out and smoke. Very distracting and not what I expect from a Michelin 1 star establishment. Food was not hot. The pasta course and the main were both presented lukewarm. Not cold but certainly not hot. Went down to the hotel to use the toilet and it was occupied, unavailable as there is only one men's WC for the entire restaurant and hotel lobby. Asked the bellman if there was another and he said no. Disappointed.

Amazing one Michelin star restaurant at the Lungarno. The hotel is already a favourite staple for this city and the small restaurant was a true delight. The amazing offerings from the chef were tasty and delicate and very generous. The bread was freshly baked and came with an amazing olive oil. The starter of slow cooked egg was exquisite and the raw fish appetiser very fresh and unadulterated. The suckling pig was amazing and the beef tartare was beautifully prepared and delicately paired. It was an absolutely delightful meal in a pretty setting. The service was impeccable.

Presente in ogni dettaglio.
Salvatore invece il sommelier è stato professionale e ha saputo consigliare benissimo.
Si ritornerà anche per la cucina.
Del menù degustazione ogni piatto è stato un esperienza che ti porta nell'universo.
