Reasonable priced and very tasty! I recommend the citrus salvia and pistachio. Went for a second round.

The best ice cream in Firenze (and beyond) :) The pistachio ice cream is world class and the other ice cream flavors are also a culinary delight. We returned here after 5 years to reassure ourselves: we have never had such great ice cream anywhere before.

All of their ice cream is gluten free and they do gluten free cones. There’s about 30 different flavours of ice cream.

Best gelato in Firenze!! Sooo tasty!! The white peach, vanilla and raspberry, mango and yoghurt with passion fruit were amazing!!

15/03/2024: Locale piccolo e niente di particolare.. Prenotato con the fork di martedì sera . Servizio veloce e cameriere gentile e simpatico . Pizza buona e ricca di condimenti . Piatti abbondanti e i prezzi molto onesti . Ci ritornerò appena avrò l occasione di essere a castekfiorentino
23/12/2023: Central pizzeria, right in front of the main square. I went with a friend of mine and we ate an appetizer, a first course, a pizza and a dessert. The starter was right with 2 types of crostini and mixed cold cuts, good. The pizza (speck and mascarpone) was good, very seasoned and I thought it was excellent that they spread the mascarpone instead of leaving it in chunks as many pizzerias do. The first was tagliatelle alla boscaiola (with fresh porcini mushrooms), very good and pasta cooked to perfection. Finally, for dessert, the chocolate truffle. It was definitely packaged but very good. The staff are excellent and make you feel at ease straight away without being too intrusive. As the place is not very large, I recommend booking. The bill was excellent!

L’Architettura del Cibo

07/03/2024: Well. Good but not great. Lots of uncertainty about the menu (I had an extended gift voucher). I had the wine tasting and they forgot about it... disabled access difficult. In short, not at the expected level. Questionable quality/price. I don't think I will return. Definitely not soon.
05/03/2024: It's always a wonderful experience to return to a place like this. I would like to give some advice to improve even further: dare without fear on the dishes and further strengthen the credibility of the name "Food Architecture" for example by studying the structure of the food on the plate even perhaps with references to the history of architecture. I would also advise not to ask for immediate feedback or the reason why perhaps something was left on the plate, it is good that the customer feels free and at ease in discovering, experimenting, imagining, evaluating and living their dish as an experience sensory.
