Well. Good but not great. Lots of uncertainty about the menu (I had an extended gift voucher). I had the wine tasting and they forgot about it... disabled access difficult. In short, not at the expected level. Questionable quality/price. I don't think I will return. Definitely not soon.

It's always a wonderful experience to return to a place like this. I would like to give some advice to improve even further: dare without fear on the dishes and further strengthen the credibility of the name "Food Architecture" for example by studying the structure of the food on the plate even perhaps with references to the history of architecture. I would also advise not to ask for immediate feedback or the reason why perhaps something was left on the plate, it is good that the customer feels free and at ease in discovering, experimenting, imagining, evaluating and living their dish as an experience sensory.

Romantic and well-studied Valentine's dinner, you can see that there is study and passion! Very good, I have to give 4 stars for a pre-dessert which was extremely salty

At first glance the place appears a little dark, but once you settle in it becomes welcoming and elegant. We chose the tasting menu to get an overall idea. I must say that we ate very very well. Definitely innovative dishes, not pici and peposo, but extreme refinement both in the raw materials and in the preparations and presentations. I underline that despite the elaboration of the foods and the combinations, each flavor was fully appreciated. Truly an excellent experience that I recommend. Perfect dining room staff. Truly. Very kind and friendly chef as well as a true artist. 110 and praise!

A modern restaurant in an unconventional area of ​​Florence. Located in a former greenhouse of a noble palace. Furnished with great attention to lights and acoustics. Large tables and comfortable chairs surrounded by burnished walls. Very professional service. Research menu with very well prepared and presented dishes. Very rich dishes and top quality ingredients. Medium-high prices.

Dinner for two at the beginning of January 24: the location doesn't particularly meet my taste, but what left me most perplexed is the strong smell of gas that you can smell as soon as you enter and coming from the fireplaces. Coming to the food, the situation fortunately improves: the homemade breads are good, especially the edible lard candle to accompany the hand-stretched breadsticks, the crust of the homemade bread is a little too hard, both the butter with tarragon and the oil. As for the pre-appetizers, the brioche bread with fois gras is decent, the guinea fowl meatball is very good and the cheek cooked at low temperature is good. As for the main courses, the meal is excellent: both the starters (grass fed veal and sweetbreads) and the main course (pigeon cappelletti and guitar with red prawn) are well presented dishes, very balanced and with strong but at the same time elegant flavours, certainly wise chef Papallo. Service provided by two young guys but attentive and quite safe (a few delays here but overall positive). The wine list is excellent and particular and, with average mark-ups, also offers wineries not normally present and therefore praise certainly also goes to the sommelier. Not too well known place and outside the central circuit of Florence but which I would recommend for a good culinary experience.

Un piccolo scrigno nascosto di alta cucina. È là sintesi della caratteristica principale di questo interessante locale, stranamente poco attenzionate dalle riviste e dai giornali enogastronomici. Fuori dai circuiti turistici fiorentini in un quartiere residenziale non lontano dal centro storico gigliato, il ristorante appare in tutta la sua riservatezza sotto una tenda amaranto non appena un cameriere viene ad aprire la porticina di ferro e ti accompagna attraverso il giardino, utilizzato nella bella stagione, nel locale. La sala è piccola ma ben arredata in stile moderno e fa da cornice alla cucina a vista che capeggia nel lato estremo. I tavoli di design sono spogli ma vengono man mano allestiti all’arrivo delle portate. La cucina del giovane Chef Giuseppe Papallo è davvero molto interessante, non banale e dotata di una ottima tecnica e di una sorprendente fantasia. I percorsi degustativi sono tre (a mano libera, di terra e di mare) e sono alla cieca ed attingono di volta in volta dal menu à la carte e soprattutto dalla fantasia e dall’estro del momento dello Chef. Il mio tavolo ha scelto quello di terra che dall’inizio alla fine ci ha riservato delle bellissime emozioni senza alcuna minima battuta di arresto. Molto professionale ed accurato il servizio. Non tanta ampia l’interessante carta dei vini che però evidenzia ricarichi un po’ alti. Locale che merita davvero di essere provato.

Vorremmo sinceramente complimentarci con lo chef e tutto lo staff per la piacevolissima esperienza vissuta in questo locale. Abbiamo gustato una cena eccellente in un ambiente elegante e piacevolmente diverso da tanti altri ristoranti a Firenze. Il servizio è stato accurato e inappuntabile ( avevamo specificato che si trattava di un anniversario di matrimonio ) , la qualità e la presentazione piatti perfetta ( non eccessiva la quantità , ma non si esce con la fame ) il prezzo assolutamente corretto .Bella la carta dei vini, con ricarichi onesti, piccolo appunto: quantità del vino servito al bicchiere da rivedere Davvero uno dei migliori ristoranti che abbiamo mai provato, certamente ci torneremo
