I went to the new BRACERIA restaurant, adjacent to the pastry bar, to taste quality meats, and the quality is truly very high, difficult to find in other places in the area! The place is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and with the right atmosphere, equipped with a 4.5 meter long charcoal grill. with an extraction system, so efficient that neither smoke nor odors stagnate in the environment! But let's get to the meat! I tasted a Brie cocotte with toasted rye bread and Beacon, a delicacy, then a Simmental steak, A5 marbling. the meat cooked to perfection, had an extraordinary flavor, extremely juicy and sweet fat, and a tenderness, which I don't exaggerate, was comparable to butter! NIKI was superb in the cooking, not to mention the Handmade tiramisu, made this morning! The selection of wines, gourmet pizzas and burgers is also excellent! But let's not forget that the place was born as a Braceria, and offers various types of meat, Asado, churrasco, picagna, TBONE rib fillets and more!
