Simply the best food in Gaeta, traditional and delicious, the service is friendly and the menu varied, if you are in the Formia-Gaeta region it is a must, you always count the days until you go again.

Relaxing atmosphere in a quiet environment, furnished in a sober way... like "at my home".
The food is decidedly delicious, refined in its simplicity, maintaining the "Gajetana" tradition.
I'll be back...but next time I'll go for lunch, so I can also "enjoy" the view of the sea⛵️

Servizio quasi impeccabile, ottima scelta del menu e anche della carta dei vini. La materia prima rispecchia il servizio offerto che quindi mi fa valutare l’esperienza come quasi perfetta.
Abbiamo ordinato antipasti, primi, un secondo (per assaggiare la famosa votapiatto) e dolci, con una bottiglia di vino, aggiungendo al pranzo un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
La gestione familiare si vede e si percepisce nell’aria, sarà proprio il quid in più di questo ristorante.
Torneremo sicuramente, nella speranza di riuscire a prenotare dato che, per loro fortuna, spesso è tutto pieno.
