Tèra (Earth) is the oldest part of the medieval village of Dolceacqua dominated by the thousand-year-old Doria castle and steeped in history right down to its most hidden corner: the origin of the name Dolceacqua seems to date back to the Celts, inside and around the castle and myriads of historical events took place in the streets of the village: fights between Guelphs and Ghibellines, intrigues hatched by ancient noble families to gain feudal rights, clashes and furious battles to conquer the strategic position of the castrum. The historical events also merge with the history of art when Monet immortalizes the picturesque castle together with the ancient bridge in one of his paintings: Le chateau de Dolceacqua. This journey through the centuries has given me a bit of an appetite and if you too would happily eat something "A Viassa" a stone's throw from the ancient bridge, it's right up our alley. A modern, minimal, welcoming and very intimate restaurant (no more than 50 seats) where you will feel at ease and welcomed with kindness, friendliness and professionalism. “A Viassa” focuses a lot on the inviting menu starting from the names of the dishes created from traditional Ligurian culinary dishes and linked to the seasonality of the foods and local products: the michette, the Taggiasca olive oil, artichokes from Perinaldo. All of high quality. If you are really undecided, the tasting could be for you!

Une excellente adresse dans une petite rue perpendiculaire à l'avenue principale. Mieux vaut réserver si vous n'arrivez pas à midi. La cuisine y est excellente et le service efficace. Ce restaurant propose un menu en 4 service plus le dessert à un prix tout à fait convenable. Je recommande cet établissement.

Quanto è soddisfacente constatare che l'eccellenza resiste...resiste ai compromessi, alle tentazioni di " vendersi" al miglior offerente, offuscando qualità e genialità.
