We had our hotel nearby and became aware of the pizzaria. We had great pizza, trapezzino and suppli. We were very impressed with the quality and taste. The trapezzino in particular was the best in town.

Small pizzeria in a quiet setting.
The menu is very tasty, with proposals of the day written on the blackboard in addition to the à la carte menu.
I tried an excellent supplì with chicory, sausage and nduja. Afterwards I had the best cacio e pepe pizza I've ever tried. With the ice technique during cooking which basically softens the base creating a layer of cream dough which, with the addition of pecorino at the end of cooking, creates the combination with an excellent cheese/pizza cream on the bottom and plenty of grated pecorino on top, served excellently with already cut segments and grind pepper in the center to dose it as desired.
It's worth it for this experience alone and I don't doubt I'll be back to try others.

Decent pizza with a high crust, good trapizzino! the desserts were absolutely rejected (out of 3 not one was saved).

Cena veloce con la mia compagna, abbiamo preso acqua, coca-cola, 1 suppli, 1 fiore di zucca, due pizze di cui una margherita e il dolce. Abbiamo speso in totale 50€.
La qualità delle pizze è ottima, i fritti nulla fuori dalla media e costosi a mio avviso (un fiore di zucca 4 euro lo trovo esagerato). Dolci senza infamia e senza lode.
Considerato che il tovagliato è in carta, andrebbe rivisto il costo del coperto.
Cameriera un po’ distratta, magari era una serataccia (anche se il locale non era assolutamente pieno).
