Food was great. Excellent and fast service. Water is free! But they charge the operator like most places around. Great location as well.

We went to eat for the second time and the pasta ragù was very good. The atmosphere is calm, the restaurant is well located in the center of Bologna and is quiet. The staff is polite but could be a little more attentive (it took them a long time to bring us the bill). But despite the latter, it is a good place to eat quantity and at a good price.

We visited twice while spending a few days in Bologna. Both times the service was prompt and professional without being stuffy. The food was superb. We particularly liked being able to choose the size of our portions : small, medium or large. The small was more than enough for both of us.

SaBO - Salumeria Bologna

03/04/2024: It's a small restaurant, not easy to find, but a very nice surprise. The local ingredients are fresh and tasty, the chef is adorable and the Q/P ratio is excellent.
09/03/2024: Original and interesting combinations of Bolognese flavors. The girl who serves is very good at recommending accompaniments and skilled in service considering that she was alone when we were there.
