What can I say...wonderful dinner. I had the complete meal, starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert, nothing was excellent. True sense of the farm, very fragrant cured meats and cheeses, applause-worthy gricia with artichokes and I recommend the ham shank with beans because I have never eaten such a good shank cooked wonderfully. All this accompanied by impeccable service and the friendliness and professionalism of the owner, who is kind and present. Highly recommended.

Questo agriturismo si trova alle porte dell'interessante borgo di S. Vittorino, in un territorio affascinante e ancora da scoprire per le bellezze naturali, le testimonianze storiche e un moderno Santuario; non è neanche distante da Tivoli, città con la quale condivide l'omonima uscita autostradale, a poco più di mezz'ora da Roma. L'attività comprende un ristorante nel quale ho pranzato, un negozio dove vendono prodotti realizzati con le loro materie prime o di fornitori selezionati e, presto, delle camere in affitto. La filosofia originale della loro ristorazione è quella di offrire dei piatti genuini ma non scontati ad un prezzo assolutamente corretto in un contesto molto curato. In bocca al lupo!
