Excellent lunch and then visit the griffin. We tasted two first courses and they were very good, excellent service, local beers and a very welcoming environment

Lunched and served well, here it is possible to park and go on some beautiful routes including a visit to the Vaia Griffin just a few minutes away.

Returning from the walk to Grifone, we stopped for lunch in this welcoming restaurant. The service was fast, the staff very kind and the first courses we chose were very good. Perhaps the price of the second courses, the starter, the water and the wine are more expensive than the average for the area.

Bel locale nei pressi del Grifone di Martalar. Due piccioni con una fava. Mangiato bene in un locale rustico ed accogliente ma allo stesso tempo elegante.

Ritornando dalla passeggiata al mitico Grifone di Vaia mi sono fermata per un pranzo veloce in questo accogliente ristorante. Il servizio è stato veloce, il personale gentile, le portate gustose e abbondanti. Consigliato.

20/01/2024: Place with a fabulous view of the Catinaccio, accessible to almost anyone even on foot along the magnificent cycle path. 4 stars and not 5 only because, honestly, they are not the most welcoming and friendly, on the contrary; too bad, because they still have a gold mine on their hands. However, a place that is definitely necessary to visit if you are in Val di Fassa because it is without a doubt the mountain hut with the best view of the entire valley among those at low altitudes and easily reachable on foot by practically anyone, with little to envy even for its beautiful high altitude mountain huts.
