Al Boccondivino In Sirmione

We come to Sirmione at least 3 times a year......and every time we eat here because in addition to eating WELL, WE FEEL AT HOME! We want to thank GIULIA GIANNI AND CORRADO.

Wonderful and cozy place to enjoy a good dinner. I went with my Spanish family and we understood each other very well since the service was very attentive. The Maccheroni, the Carillera and the Tiramisu are the best. We will return without a doubt!!☺️☺️☺️

It looked inviting so we went in. We got a table for 2 people straight away in the “winter season”, but unfortunately it was at the back. It wasn't so cute anymore... The staff was friendly, but nothing more. The food was good.

Sirmione as anyone might guess, is a lot of tourist traps. Al Boccondivino is not a trap and easily one of the very best here. Prices are good, and the food is well done! The Carbonara is spot on to the same you find in Rome - the guaciale slightly crunchy for the "bacon" flavor. The Cacio i Pepe has a great pepper bite but not overdone. Service was not fast by American standards, but easily fits how Italian restaurants work. I am first generation Italian-American and can prepare the dishes myself most often. These were good! Go here in Sirmione! You'll be glad you did!

Al Boccondivino troverai un luogo caldo e accogliente, con personale giovane, gentile e sempre a disposizione del cliente.. e una buona carta dei vini. Io ho preso la pizza, che a mio malgrado mi ha fatto tribolare tutta notte: la materia prima di buona qualità, la parte centrale molto (molto) sottile, quasi biscottata, il cornicione morbido ed elastico. Purtroppo l’ho sentita lievitare tutta notte nel mio stomaco. (Nel menù ricordo che c’è scritto che ha una lievitazione lunga) Considerando il prezzo e le recensioni di questo locale, la proposta è stata di basso/media qualità, mi aspettavo di più. Per fortuna che il crudo e la bufala mi hanno tirato su di morale. Il mio compagno ha preso gli gnocchi alla mediterranea, freschi e morbidi, si sente che sono fatti in casa, ma il grande quantitativo di aglio nel condimento copriva il gusto già ottimo degli gnocchi che di per sé non hanno bisogno di troppi sapori forti. Lo stinco era OTTIMO, la carne si scioglieva in bocca e si staccava dall’osso come per magia. Ci ha veramente stupito. I dolci… hanno completamente buttato giù le mie aspettative. Consiglio da cliente e da buona forchetta, trovate un’altra ricetta per la torta alle noci, completamente insapore e si sbriciolava nelle mani. La panna cotta delicata, ma niente di speciale, si trova in tantissimi altri ristoranti dello stesso sapore e della stessa qualità, e cosa non scontata, se pago 7 euro e 50 per una coppetta di panna cotta bianca, almeno riempite il bicchiere.

Multo bene, perfetto. So good that we booked for the following night. Buratta was one of the best we've had, pasta as it should be, a pork shank that melted and caramel panna cotta so naughty it would've been sent to bed without dessert! There are higher rated restaurants in Sirmione (not sure how), but this place has character and soul, great food, lovely service. Keep up the good work.

Lo splendore di Sirmione corrisponde perfettamente alla eccellenza di questo ristorante . Un ambiente raccolto, con personale gentilissimo e con prelibatezze culinarie. Ottimo i primi ( tagliolini al pesce e spaghetti cacio e pepe strepitosi ) . Baccalà alla veneziana iper gustoso . Ottimo i dolci . Da non perdere
