Al Brillo Parlante In Palestrina

13/12/2023: Conosco questo locale da 40 anni e ho visto il passaggio tra le varie gestioni. Negli ultimi anni, come già avevamo scritto, è diventato molto caro. Prezzi, però, non all’altezza dei piatti. Buoni si, ma nella normalità più assoluta. Forse si fa sentire la vicinanza con la stazione Termini, però i prezzi sono troppo alti.

19/10/2023: My husband and ate at this restaurant last night. We decided to eat outside, and afterward, we think we would rather have eaten indoors. People would stop by our table and try to sell us things. Annoying! Then, the way the tables are set up, people who walk on the sidewalk will walk right past your table. We shared caprese salad and margarita pizza. The salad of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese was great tasting. I would have liked more basil, but I really enjoyed the salad with green and black olives that came with it. We really enjoyed the cheese that was on the pizza. We would have liked the cust to be a little more crispy, and it would have been nice to have basil. I was always told that when you eat margarita pizza in Italy, it always has basil, so it has all the Italian colors on it. We ended the dinner with dessert. I dont remember the name, but the menu said caramel, chocolate, and berries. First we didn't taste any carmel and there were no berries. The texture was similar to a mouse but not as rich. Roberto was very accommodating and friendly.
