Completely positive experience, welcoming environment with appropriate and discreet colours, excellent food but in particular the service and all the staff are truly very very kind, smiling and ready to satisfy the customer's needs!!! Location 9: nice place, elegant but not excessively...
Service 10: many waiters, efficient, friendly and kind, everything perfect
Food 9: excellent starters, first courses and second courses, but the desserts could be improved, not up to the standard of the rest, a shame
Bill 9: a little expensive for my pocket, but HP really appreciated that there were no surprises, we took the tasting for 110 and the price included everything, including cover charge and water...
Excellent final opinion, too bad Borghese wasn't present to say goodbye, it would have been the icing on the evening! Would I go back? I would not mind!

The dinner I was able to try at Alessandro Borghese was a real journey of heady and unexpected flavours. Excellent staff who take care of customers and very nice place. Definitely worth doing again.

Very pleasant experience we took the tasting menu it was all delicious with very particular tastes.....they are very attentive to the needs and various food intolerances as I am intolerant to dried fruit I was served a pre-dessert different from the others..... .excellent service

La cacio e pepe è strepitosa.
Un gran bel menu che ti invoglia a prendere tutto.
Il secondo di baccalà e molto buono e cotto divinamente.
Sbavature nel servizio tipo non portare la carta dei vini e doverla richiedere e ricevere un menu in inglese non fanno sì che comunque tu non voglia ritornare.
Tre volte su quattro non ho trovato lo chef Borghese però, credo che le persone vengano anche per vederlo vista la sua simpatia.
Peccato.
Si sta comunque molto bene.

Ristorante Eccellente, interno curato con finestre a vista sul viale (la vista non e' granché', ma comunque accettabile). Servizio attento, anche se un po' impersonale. Preparazione ottima, piatti eccellenti , prezzo (molto) vicino alla media di uno stellato (il ristorante non lo e' nb, premesso che la valutazione michelin e' comunque opinabile) ed a mio parere un po' troppo alto, parcheggio disponibile nelle immediate vicinanze.
