We received the recommendation from our Airbnb host and were super satisfied. The service was excellent and very accommodating. I ate carbonata which is made with eggplant. Even though I don't like eggplant it was so delicious.

Excellent service. Super friendly staff, helpful and very welcoming! The dishes are excellent, prices a little above average but it's worth it. The location of the restaurant is not the best but it is quiet and very well looked after.

Really tasty restaurant. The staff is kind and attentive. The dishes are delicious, we had fish and chips (a special note for the almond mayonnaise, it's something sublime), pasta with prawn ragù and an underground octopus. Prices are average.

Pretenzioso, servizio scarso e polpo cotto male, duro e bruciacchiato. Mi hanno detto che se l'avessi detto, l'avrebbero rifatto. Gli lascio il beneficial del dubbio. Vino eccellente. Per me, da non ritornare.

Oramai tappa fissa, Hostaria San Francesco, non delude mai. Cortesia, servizio e sopratutto cibo da oltre 10 e lode. Realtà cosi fanno solo bene a Milazzo. Prezzo ottimo per ciò che si mangia, sinceramente non potrei chiedere di meglio. Il menù cambia ogni anno, consiglio vivamente però di provare sempre i crudi e in particolare se disponibile le linguine con bottarga, probabilmente le migliori mai mangiate. Voglio sottolineare la cortesia e la bellissima accoglienza che ci viene riservata ogni volta che ceniamo qui, purtroppo non scontata e non presente in altre realtà. Complimenti ancora e a presto.

16/09/2023: Ho mangiato tre bolte in questa trattoria raffinata guidati sapientemente nella scelta dei piatti da Mario .ottimo il flan di rapuddi come antipasto.ed i primi tutti fatti con prodotti coltivati dai proprietari. 10 e lode anche ai dessert
09/09/2023: Schön über dem Ort gelegenes Restaurant mit großer Terrasse und wundervollem Ausblick. Kleine aber feine Auswahl an lokalen Gerichten, hier isst man vor allem Fisch. Saisonal wechselnde Antipasti, herrliche Primi und Seconi. Fragen Sie nach dem Angebot an frischem lokalem Fisch, es lohnt sich. Sehr freundliches Personal, Preise im oberen Bereich aber angemessen. Wir waren zwei mal hier und werden sicher wiederkommen.

04/09/2023: Excellent seasoned bread, one really better than the other. You need to book so you don't have to wait a long time. Availability of many flavors and freedom in composing them. Very kind staff especially the owners!
03/09/2023: We went to this place thanks to the recommendation of a friend. We tasted their famous cunzato bread, which is spectacular from the 500g bread (i.e. half a kg of bread) to the filling; all fresh and delicious ingredients. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners Salvo. Thanks to his hospitality and his great love for his land, he allowed us to end our holiday in Sicily in the best possible way... Highly recommended Massimo and Rosalia
