I always gladly return to this place, because the food is divine, that's without a doubt. The attention of the fast, organised, attentive dining room staff is striking and the dishes are always plentiful, tasty, genuine and enjoyable. The only point is that they don't make separate accounts and every time in company we find ourselves having to stop for some time to settle the account between us. At the end of the meal, after you are happy to have eaten and drunk, you really don't want to waste half an hour....

A place with excellent potential but not exploited in the right way. The location is probably a remnant of an oriental restaurant with patterns on the windows that recall Asian flora as well as the ceiling, while the standard Italian tavern furniture is nothing captivating. Friendly waiters with the exception of the head waitress who is a bit unpleasant in the way she treats diners in order to shamelessly aim to collect as much as possible. First courses are the highlight, worthy of the Roman tradition, honest portions and in line with the price of the dishes, tasty meat and excellent side dishes. Cloth tablecloth and napkins, now a rarity in many places even in this category. The fact that they have dinner in shifts as if we were in a pub is clearly aimed at doubling the profit but clashes terribly with the idea of ​​a "tavern". If they had more attention to detail and customers they would probably be able to aim higher.

Gricia is delicious and the Amatriciana is no joke either!! Perfect pasta cooking. I would have preferred the portions to be a little more generous. Simple but welcoming place. Definitely recommended for first courses.

Nothing special. Tourist restaurant. I don’t recommend visiting it, only as a last resort if there is no room anywhere. The spinach was not cooked well at all. And very expensive. We left 150 euros for two, for two dishes each + a drink. The price does not correspond to the level of the establishment.

Saturday evening 1 shift. Ate very well. For a tavern the prices are above average. Waiters who make you anxious. As soon as you finish eating they take your plate away and ask you what else you want. To try again during the week hoping that there are no shifts

I've eaten there several times, what can I say? The first courses are phenomenal, typical of the Roman tradition, without exception, there is no need to list them, but they are all very well made and super delicious. Definitely generous portions! The meats, including many non-"typical" animals such as kangaroo, reindeer, zebra etc., are all very interesting and worth trying, everyone has their own tastes and can decide. Excellent choice of wines. I would like to point out the staff, who are very kind and helpful, especially Mauro, who is professional and always attentive to advice. But the carbonara... is something phenomenal!

Un locale in bilico tra cucina romana e braceria, buon servizio, molto cordiale, buoni prezzi di ma poco della cucina che si faccia davvero ricordare. Buona la carne, ma secondo me un po' più di frollatura non farebbe male.
