Good food, Good People and the restraunt cherishes the fact that it is around 150 years old, just the space was a bit crammed.

Trattoria style, excellent crostini with marinated lard, chickpea farinata and slice of pizza in a pan. Not the usual pizza, but good, soft, deep with a crunchy base! Worth trying, modest prices.

Unexpectedly excellent. The pizza is really good, light and tasty. The raw materials are of high quality, as is the service, very friendly! Regular prices. Nice place to spend a meal with friends!

06/04/2024: A beautiful establishment, careful dishes and good meats 👌 Pleasant and welcoming servers (Alessandro speaks French, that's a plus). We ordered a first bottle of wine from the region to accompany our dishes, which was pleasant. We ordered a second one... it was corked... The waitress offered to put it in a carafe but didn't change it... we accepted out of respect, without forcing, French charm... we didn't manage to drink it 🥲 no response from the service on this breach. The digestives were not offered... only small dry cakes... certainly Italian but we didn't eat them 😬 too bad, almost perfect.
24/03/2024: It was a symphony of tastes like you don't meet every day, with a conductor (chef) who looks like Jason Statham and who took care of customers like the Maestro of his orchestra. The entrees were exceptional, the meat melts on the way to the mouth salivating at the sight of it...the red wine from Montepulciano was wonderful...Unfortunately we cannot rate above 10 because we cannot rate the experience of this wonderful evening spent with friends at Pietre Cavate.

03/04/2024: A really nice bistro. excellent Florentine. Perhaps waiter service is a little too hasty.
02/04/2024: Very nice and charming place with impeccable service. I expected higher prices but instead they are high but within the norm. A little disappointed by the tartare, I took one that was under-seasoned but perhaps it was too much, the medium-cooked Florentine steak was good but overcooked. Gurmet pizzas cost €16 but they are giant.... it can be an alternative if there are children at the table. Excellent advice on wine. The second bottle tasted like cork but they promptly changed it for us. Recommended after all!
