It is a small typical place in the center of Trento. We went in to eat traditional Trentino dishes and found excellent food, not built specifically for tourists. The staff is friendly and prepared, the environment is nice.

At the reception was a very nice and kind girl, who then also took care of the service excellently. We ate very well, typical and tasty cuisine. Definitely recommended and re-visited on your next trip to the city.

Simple and tasty Trentino cuisine. Ideal for trying traditional dishes, such as tonco del pontesel (gravy/stew with mixed meats and lucanica and a stock of broth with toasted flour), baked shin, in the authentic atmosphere of a historic restaurant. Make a reservation because the place is always full and crowded. In a wrap just below the current road surface accessible with steps.

Locale non molto ampio, quindi si consiglia di prenotare. Il titolare si è mostrato molto cortese e prodigo nei consigli, soprattutto sulla scelta del vino. Ampia scelta di piatti tipici trentini, buona qualità e servizio molto veloce. Prezzi di fascia medio alta, in linea con la qualità

31/03/2024: I recommend it, very friendly and fast staff. Everything was good, both the pizzas and the dishes on the menu. We will definitely return. Until our next holiday in Levico.
10/03/2024: Lately I learned that the La Fontana Restaurant had changed management and out of curiosity I decided to go for lunch. The room is very beautiful and carefully furnished. I received an excellent welcome from the owners and the waiter Daniel who served us with great professionalism. The dishes we ordered were excellent: the first and second courses were tasty and plentiful. Congratulations to all the staff. A place I recommend.

09/03/2024: Characteristic timeless atmosphere, in the old historic center of Molveno, with a beautiful stone fireplace. Really excellent dishes and generous portions. Friendly staff. For those who love old-fashioned restaurants and traditional cuisine. Advised!
