Seconda volta al Pestello in pochi mesi dopo aver scoperto questo posto quasi per caso. La prima volta antipasto, primo e dolce. Stavolta abbiamo provato la fiorentina. Carne di qualità, cotta alla perfezione (al sangue ma non fredda), anticipata da un ottimo antipasto e da un carciofo alla romana altrettanto gradevole. Nel locale, un silenzio davvero piacevole (c'eravamo solo noi, ma era tardino ed infrasettimanale), e siamo stati serviti davvero bene e con le giuste attenzioni. Qualità e Tradizione ai massimi livelli. Ci torneremo ancora.

Ristorante storico situato in bellissima strada a curva tra Poggibonsi e Castellina in Chianti , interno tipico ed a volte in pietra. Cibo tipico cucinato con sapienza, fiorentina top. Personale molto cortese e accogliente.

07/05/2024: We are a group of cycle tourists who are doing the heroic thing, we stopped in Montalcino and by chance we discovered this truly wonderful restaurant for the food, for the price, the unique first courses, the meat on display maintains the quality of the display, desserts in the norm, service informal, we had dinner in the very suggestive wine shop, I recommend it
