And also paying a guy who takes the beer out of the fridge and waits to give it to you before serving it because otherwise it would be too cold, is an obligation that I fulfill with pleasure because that's how it has to be done.

I'll start with the positives. The environment is very nice, the beers are excellent and there is a guy who is very knowledgeable about beers and can recommend them. So we will happily return for a drink. As for the food, the experience was negative. We got to know this place thanks to a video on social media in which two things were advertised: a beer tasting and the brontosaurus steak (the tomahawk), too bad we were told that the tasting is only at some events (not specified in the video) and the tomahawk wasn't there. So we choose a normal steak menu, where in the starter of cheeses and cured meats the cheeses are galbanino and Lerdammer from the discount store, I could even eat it at home. We didn't touch the chips that accompanied the steak as they were greasy and burnt. However, I hope that the next time you pay to make a video to advertise yourself, you make sure of what you can offer.
