28/03/2024: I went to the restaurant recommended by the guide, and it was very delicious! The pasta noodles called peach noodles are plump and cooked just right, so they are really delicious when eaten with sauce! I don't know if the T-bone steak was because I was hungry, but it was really delicious beef, full of juicy flavor and not too greasy. I want to eat it again. According to the guide, it tastes best when eaten between 1.2 and 1.6 kg, but 1.2 kg is a bit much for two people to eat together with pasta... but it was the best steak I've ever had... I want to go to Pienza again because of this restaurant. During my trip to Italy, this was the most delicious place! Even without the wine I ordered, the price was higher than I expected, but I will order the same thing again!
