28/03/2024: The place is very renowned and the quality of the ice cream is really good. The service is often a bit slow, furthermore dogs are not allowed in the restaurant (which is why I don't give 5 stars) and this - if one doesn't notice the sign on the door - is reiterated with a certain rudeness.
25/01/2024: I visited this ice cream shop and my experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and inattentive. The lack of courtesy negatively affected my visit, ruining the pleasure of enjoying the ice cream. I hope the management can improve customer service to make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.
