La pizza Opera è davvero un’opera d’arte! Gustata comodamente in sala, ho potuto subito apprezzare il generoso e bilanciato condimento, l’impasto morbido, scioglievole e il cornicione fragrante. Nota di merito alle patate fritte speziate. I nodini filanti avvolti da speck e serviti in una terrina calda rappresentano il comfort food che si fa amare da tutti. Cinque stelle. Alla prossima.
