Delicious authentic Sardinian cuisine, the very best ingredients, wonderful hospitality. Absolutely beautiful food! Also many Gluten Free options.

I wanted to give fewer stars as soon as I saw the second one arrive before the first... but after tasting the crispy tuna it was a heavenly sensation for my taste buds enough to deserve 5 stars... I'm not an expert but the fish seemed absolutely fresh ..you couldn't cut it with a step but you could even spread it..furthermore, to apologize for the service mix-up I was offered both coffee and bitters..finally..to confirm my assessment, the bill!! Not adequate but even low for what we consumed... the previous evening we had dinner at the IL LIDO restaurant, and for only €10 difference we ate a meal... in comparison (I'm not talking about quantity but about quality). In short, nothing to write home about. say.. if I were to ever return to Alghero, I would definitely come back to eat here at the DIETRO IL CARCERE restaurant.. I highly recommend it!!!

Take-away pizzeria that also serves at the restaurant's tables without any surcharge, with friendly and courteous staff. Very good pizza, amazing desserts offered, bitters also offered... Low prices, high quality, highly recommended

Antipasto cozze e monzette al sale ottimi, pizze buonissime. Proprietario e staff gentilissimi.

Cena di Capodanno (con menú alla carta). Il ristorante era affollatissimo e quasi tutti erano abbastanza "di fretta" per poi andare in piazza a vedere il concerto, quindi la situazione era decisamente particolare. Ambiente arredato in modo abbastanza semplice ma molto rumoroso, il cibo era buono ma il servizio abbastanza lento. Credo che in giorni "normali" sia tutto piú tranquillo.
