Superb dinner with tomahawk and potatoes... washed down with excellent beer

I am amending by improving the previous review to one star, given for the reasons below, things have changed and for the better. ----- Let me start by saying that I frequent it occasionally only for weekday lunches, but I have always noticed inattention and slowness both in the service and in the cuisine; during the service if I leave all the sautéed potatoes on the plate because they are raw, won't you ask me anything? Today after a month I return at 12.00 practically alone, I sit down and order a salad, thirty minutes to get it and it arrives together with that of another table which arrived 15 minutes later, mistaking them for something else, however I finish and remain waiting to ask a coffee for 10 minutes, I finally order and another 10 minutes pass in vain waiting, so I get up annoyed and go to pay asking for it at the counter... I'm writing this for the management, at lunch people are on break not on holiday and are rightly in a hurry, they can't sit for more than an hour for a cold dish. And it was the same for the other tables. Finally, ask how it went at the end of a course or at the time of the bill, it costs nothing and allows you to understand and then act accordingly.

Let's start with the food: without any doubt of quality. From lunch to dinner you will find a variety of dishes to satisfy all palates. Convenient location and excellent parking. The place is welcoming in its simplicity. A sore point, however, lies in the comparison with the past. After Covid I noticed a decline in management and environment: decidedly slower service and fewer theme evening initiatives. Even the aperitifs, which were their strong point, were affected.

Excellent cold cuts at a good price and niche food for gourmets

Excellent place to eat excellent meat.. Compliments to the restaurateur.. Kind, friendly and willing to follow the customer through to the end.. Excellent wines to accompany the meal.. I think I will return because the place really deserves it, looked after.. The staff too very helpful.. Reasonable price paid..

Environment with attention to the smallest details but at the same time informal. The aperitif is super, from fried foods to croutons, etc. and everything is delicious. Really good.

Scoperta per caso mentre ero di passaggio da Ponzano verso Treviso, ottimo servizio, ottime materie prime, prezzo giusto. Abbiamo provato sia la degustazione sia una piadina, oltre ai fritti e devo dire che è stato tutto davvero molto buono! Consigliato vivamente se siete di passaggio!
