Pranzo in famiglia a base di carne. Cibo ottimo, specialmente graditi gli antipasti (tartare di carne fassona e sushi di carne). Un must se si vuole mangiare carne a Cefalu'.

Über Google maps gefunden, Tripadvisor Bewertung gelesen = perfekter Treffer. Lammspieße vom Feinsten, Tartar ebenfalls, Mille-feuille aus Fleisch-Gemüse-Käse detto. Sommelier bringt perfekten Wein(Flasche), Dessert zum Niederknien. 3 Gänge/Person= 62 Euro (inkl. Begrüßungsfrizzante + Abschiedsdrink).

26/03/2024: 5 stars are not enough, 10 would be needed... and praise. Exquisite dishes. I wanted stuffed pasta and the Director had it prepared especially for me. The chef kneaded the dough and prepared the filling on the spot, the result was sublime, very fresh red prawn, pasta rolled thin to perfection and an exceptional flavour. For the second course I took swordfish rolls and also in this case the taste was exceptional. Very fresh swordfish and roll prepared and cooked on the spot and you can tell very well from the goodness of the dish. Then what about the bread, fried gnocco, breadsticks cooked in a wood oven, all exceptional and also freshly prepared. A unique restaurant because no one cooks on the spot, but prepares everything beforehand. Compliments to the Chef, with a capital "C". The staff were also friendly and professional, I was convinced that the manager was the owner, because his dedication and care is typical of the owner and, instead, before leaving I discovered that he was not the owner. I compliment him because it is difficult to find collaborators who manage a place as if it were their own. Lastly, I focus on the location, a spectacular view of the female island. The next time I'm in Palermo I will definitely come back to eat here, without a shadow of a doubt.
17/02/2024: Was a pleasure to meet Eddie the owner of this lovely restaurant. Great food, helpful staff and a wonderful views of the surrounding vista.
