Una garanzia da quasi 40 anni: è il pub per eccellenza di Ostia. Negli anni tanti hanno provato ad imitarlo o superarlo, risultati sotto gli occhi di tutti: o hanno chiuso subito o si sono adattati e trasformati in cocktail bar... Il Birrifugio ha una sua linea, un suo stile che ha resistito alle tendenze, agli anni dei cocktail pieni di ghiaccio e alcoolici scadenti, al junk food per fare cassa. Stefano ha viaggiato e studiato nei Paesi originari delle birre e dei distillati che serve, ti inebria nel raccontarti le caratteristiche di ogni bevanda che serve per cercare di accontentare i tuoi gusti. Stessa cosa in automatico la fanno le ragazze che servono ai tavoli: una catena perfetta che ha anche un'altra eccellenza in cucina, storica anche lei che garantisce la qualità nei piatti serviti.
