A 100% gluten-free bakery and grocery store - absolutely worth the trip if you are staying in the city center! (Depending on where you are staying, it can be a 30+ minute walk or a 10-min cab ride). My wife has Celiac disease and so to be able to try anything without worry was such a relief. The pastries are delicious - we sampled quite a few and all were excellent, to celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Not to be missed!

The pharmacy of bakeries, gluten-free bread and prices as expensive as in the pharmacy.

Celiacs rejoice - and head over to the only 100% gluten free bakery in Florence. A quick trip from the center by bus and you will be rewarded with the most amazing gluten free breads, pizzas and pastries. We focused on the croissants, donuts and cream filled pastries - which were undoubtedly some of the best we have sampled anywhere in the world - heaven. Hoping to return to try some of their other brunch/lunch offerings - like pizza, panini and the gorgeous looking breads. There are a few tables inside so you can eat in and they also have a good selection of fresh pasta and other gluten free items for sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 5 years ago, and my family and I finally made it to Italy for a gluten free vacation. This bakery had the best GF pastries my family and I have had to date, and trust me, we have tried and made many! The staff were so friendly, the selection amazing...we got donuts and croissants, and I only wish we had more time in florence to try their bread! Cannot recommend enough:)

Ottimi prodotti. Pane ottimo sia il bianco che ai 5 cereali. I dolci super golosi. Un paradiso per noi celiaci . Hanno veramente di tutto pizzette,torta rustica,pizza ,schiacciata , biscotti ,bomboloni,sfoglie,budini di riso ,crostate, bignè e molto altro.

In town for a few days, I was directed to the Bottega by an acquaintance. The triumph of gluten-free sweet and savory almost moved me!!! Tasty cereal bread and flatbread that miraculously remains soft even the next day: TOP! It's a shame to live 400 km away...

Il Paradiso del senza glutine Focaccia, pizza, pane, dolci. Ambiente molto pulito e accogliente, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Tutto eccezionale, la parte imperdibile sono bigne', biscotti, valdostane e dolci. Il Panettone con gelato più buono mai provato. Artisti.
