The new management is run really well, the staff are welcoming and courteous to customers. The quality from starters to main courses is truly exceptional. A platter of excellent quality cured meats and cheeses and I must say that the grilled meats are also truly excellent quality. What can I say? Just try it and believe it. But what makes the new management the difference is the new owner and Chef Domenico who puts everything at your disposal to make you feel at ease and enjoy excellent meat.

La nuova gestione di questa braceria è totalmente cambiata e devo dire in meglio finalmente. Dal tagliere di salumi e formaggi e dal tagliere di carne con il mix di grigliata devo dire tutto di ottima qualità. Lo staff è gentile e cortese con i clienti. Ma la differenza di questa nuova gestione la fa lo Chef Domenico nonché titolare della braceria che ti sa mettere a vostro agio e mette tutto a vostra disposizione con la ottima cucina e carne di tutta qualità.

We were there last night for dinner. Clean and welcoming place; very kind and hospitable staff. We tasted the Palermo-style entrecote which was delicious and the sweet mandarin semifreddo, spectacular. Excellent value for money, recommended!

Authentic place to eat the best steaks of Sicily. Friendly staff. Best wine I had during our visit till Marsala (10 days). Price/Quality is balanced. When you should place this restaurant in the city centre it will be more accessible for tourist. If you want a good steak don’t be afraid to walk a small distance to this restaurant. You will have an upmost Sicilian experience! Thanks to the skills of the chef.
