Cacimperio In Torino

Excellent restaurant. It offers a menu with some traditional Piedmontese dishes including agnolotti, anchovies with croutons and butter, raw meat cut with a knife, gnocchi with Castel Magno,... But its best is achieved with grilled meat. A varied choice of typical Italian meats such as Chianina or Fassone, in various sizes, cooked perfectly. A true joy for the palate. Fair price for the excellent quality (around 80 euros including wine). Another highlight to remember is a list of wines and spirits... amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Too bad the meat was so good that I didn't have the opportunity to photograph it..

Good food surrounded by a 'cold' environment and slightly long waiting times, even before paying. A welcome was served with a glass of wine and a very welcome taste of 'cacimperio'. It's a shame that the manager of the place showed up disheveled and with a shirt on the verge of bursting the button: not very nice to look at. It's a shame because the food served deserves more

We went to this restaurant for the first time. Very welcoming, warm and refined place, friendly and professional staff. Excellent menu, excellent quality knife-cut fassone steak! We will be back!

275 euro per un piatto di tagliolini al tartufo e una battuta di Fassona! Non credevamo ai nostri occhi quando è arrivato il conto dopo aver ordinato su consiglio del gestore un piatto di tagliolini e una battuta di Fassona con tartufo bianco gli stessi piatti in menu andavano dai 15 ai 20 € con l’aggiunta del tartufo sono schizzati a 65 € al piatto. Si sa che il tartufo costa ma questa è veramente un’esagerazione peccato perché il posto c’era piaciuto abbiamo mangiato bene ma il conto ci ha guastato la serata veramente uno sproposito. Noi non credo che torneremo ma un avvertimento a chi volesse andare. Chiedete il costo prima di ordinare fuori menu’!

Consiglio a The Fork di aggiornare il menù con relativi prezzi esposto sul sito, dal momento che mi sono ritrovata a pagare 78 € per un pranzo ! Coperto € 3,50 - Calice di Freisa € 6,00 - Vitello Tonnato € 10,00, Tajarin al Tartufo € 57,00 (!) quando sul menù The Fork sono indicati a € 15,00 ... Caffè € 2,00 Conto finale per 1 persona a pranzo € 78,50 che il proprietario ha scontato (!) ad € 78,00 dopo avermi fatto aspettare 20 minuti alla cassa ed andandosene senza nemmeno consegnarmi il bancomat (che mi è stato gentilmente ridato da un cameriere alla fine della transazione) perchè impegnato con ii clienti abituali. I piatti che ho scelto sono stati discreti, in particolare il tartufo oggetto dl problema aveva tanto profumo e ben poco gusto ! Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio, se non per la carne ,che vista portare nel tavolo a fianco sembrava davvero valida, e tenendo presente il costo impegnativo che si andrà ad affrontare.
