SaintVout ormai è diventato il nostro locale a tappa fissa, ogni anno veniamo in Valle D’Aosta e ogni anno andiamo almeno a fare una cena o un aperitivo da loro. Penso che sia il miglior ristorante di cucina tipica Valdostana: intimo, confortevole e ottimo. Andrea il maitre mette sempre chiunque a suo agio, senza far sentire nessun in soggezione. I suoi consigli sul vino sono sempre ben accetti e apprezzati, ma d’altronde con la favolosa cantina che offrono come potrebbe essere altrimenti? Se avete voglia di una fonduta con i fiocchi o semplicemente di una cena da capogiro, è il posto per voi.
