Okay, one of the few breakfast places in Pisa. The selection is not large, but everyone should choose something for themselves, good coffee, great cocktails. The ordered toast was also very good, the portion was also solid. The staff doesn't speak much English, but you can communicate. I recommend!

We visited Cavalieri for brunch and we tried the bun and the maple sirup pancakes. Both were delicious! The coffees were also amazing! Nice quality, the staff were very kind and friendly and the environment absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!

Drip coffee and croissant were great, but I was moved from the “couch” because I was alone and they prefer more people to be seated there ( even though their terrace was empty). 15 minutes later another girl sat there alone.

When I was a boy and studied in Pisa it was a run-down, run-down department that was always empty... now I could hardly recognize it: it is one of the most beautiful places in Pisa! An enchanting garden also with sofas, a very rich choice of food and drinks, all displayed with extreme elegance. I had a cold matcha and a vegetarian scone: delicious! Impeccable service: Claudia and Francesco are very kind and very nice! It's difficult to forget Francesco's smile and irony... I'll go back not for him but because they have an ALMOST Neapolitan croissant (alas the black cherry is missing)

Modern place being in a hotel. It wants to imitate the US style with xxl coffee/cappuccino, which makes it become excessively touristy. Sufficient croissant, little better cappuccino. Prices above average.
