Caffè Napoli - Duomo In Milano

All good, the only thing with three people there and 5 customers I would have liked a little more information, that is, as a Neapolitan and a bartender I ask you for a macchiato and you ask me for cream? I would like to know what you are referring to since I could think of milk cream since there are also people who want the latte to be foamed. I said yes and I received the macchiato with sugar cream which I didn't want, but just specify cream in the question... with sugar or without? Also because being in the center it's not just locals who perhaps understand what we mean. Having said that, the coffee is good, good machine and good barista who made the coffee.

The coffee was good but they were a bit understaffed for the amount of customers there were. It took a bit to get our seats and just some coffee.
