Calafuria Unione In Milano

A great find on a side street in the center. We were very lucky. The other restaurants, bakeries and Starbucks were crowded. A really warm welcome, great and fun service, just what we as guests would like. Food and drinks were there promptly and also delicious. Big thank you. In such a hectic city, where we always have the impression: "Quick, quick, we just want your money!" a real oasis.

Lovely sandwiches, good price, fast friendly. Full of locals which is the right sign.

They use a very special kind of bread and the ingredients are great. We tried different types, so good I ordered a second one. They also let me choose all the ingredients and make my own panini. It also feels different from the many tourist traps around this central area of the city.

The bread that is used for sandwiches is not suitable. I would recommend a slightly tastier bread like ciabatta even if it costs 50 cents. more. The result would be highly appreciable. (naturally this is unsolicited advice)

I was really surprised to find a place like this in Milan. Well filled sandwich, tasty and excellent price. Very attentive and kind staff. Other than the service station. Ideal for the lunch break.

Forget about pizzas, focaccias or burgers... if you want to eat an excellent freshly prepared and over-stuffed sandwich with equally excellent service (Rosy is very nice!) This sandwich shop is the right place! A stone's throw from the Duomo...so all you have to do is try it! Until the next sandwich!👍👍

I prezzi sono stati leggermente rialzati ma non risultano aggiornati rispetto al sito: restano comunque molto convenienti considerata la posizione centrale del locale. Non mi sento di consigliare il panino Hot Dog perché la doppia combinazione senape + krauti rende leggermente sgradevole il sapore finale, lasciando un retrogusto amaro e secco. Sarebbe stata più conveniente, invece, l'aggiunta della salsa ketchup, più saporita e "dolce". Nonostante questo, il pane era morbido e si è mantenuto caldo anche dopo aver camminato per qualche minuto in seguito all'ordinazione (da asporto). Servizio rapido nonostante ora di punta.
